Since taking over the family business in 2012, she has transformed it from a traditional pharmacy into a specialized provider of Durable Medical Equipment (DME). With a passion for healthcare and a heart for service, she blends business expertise with a mission to improve lives.

Under her leadership, the company has earned a strong reputation. Tania is also behind Sunshine Cares®, the company’s trademarked in-house brand of incontinence products, further solidifying her commitment to innovation and quality care.

She is actively engaged in the South Florida community, supporting organizations such as La Liga Contra el Cáncer and Ronald McDonald House Charities, always supporting families in need. Guided by faith, family values, and commitment to empowering others, she leads with compassion, integrity, and purpose. Her vision and drive continue to inspire those around her and shape the future of the company.

Leading our Business Development and Marketing, Rosemarie brings over 15 years of experience using innovative strategies to drive growth and expand market reach. With a background in Marketing and a minor in English, she blends creativity, communication, and industry knowledge to deliver meaningful results. The South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has awarded her the 2026 Health Apex Award for Digital Strategy, recognizing her leadership in transforming the company’s digital presence, branding, and communication systems. Rosemarie led the charge on the company’s rebranding, shaping the vision and coordinating cross-functional teams to bring it to life. She directed every phase, including new product packaging, the corporate video, the website redesign, the case manager portal, the companion app, and a refreshed look across social media. Passionate about building strong relationships, she develops strategic partnerships through community and corporate events. Her leadership, expert copywriting, and ability to execute complex projects make Rosemarie an invaluable asset to the team.

Sophia is a Registered Nurse with a strong clinical foundation and a long-term commitment to advancing healthcare education. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and brings a lifelong connection to the company as the daughter of its founders, giving her a deep understanding of our mission, values, and products.
 

With hands-on experience as a certified nursing assistant, Sophia offers practical clinical insight and a dedication to patient care and education. In her role, she supports training and product education for healthcare case managers, helping ensure our partners are well-prepared to deliver quality care. Her clear communication style, clinical expertise, and passion for healthcare education make her a valuable liaison and contributor to our team.

Roger Lopez is a veteran healthcare operations executive with deep experience leading organizations through growth, transformation, and operational excellence. He has overseen complex functions including clinical operations, technology, revenue cycle, human resources, and supply chain, consistently elevating performance in highly regulated environments. His background spans senior leadership roles across healthcare services, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices, supported by a B.B.A. in Management and Finance, an M.B.A., and an Executive Leadership Certificate in Healthcare. He has also contributed to regional business and industry councils, advancing quality, innovation, and workforce development. 

Luis Sanchez is Sunshine Medical Supplies' Consultant for Texas, bringing extensive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion across healthcare, medical devices, construction, distribution, and real estate. His ability to build lasting relationships and identify growth opportunities strengthens our reach throughout Texas.
