Under her leadership, the company has earned a strong reputation and is now widely recognized as the “Incontinence Specialists.” Tania is also behind Sunshine Cares, the only Florida-based company to develop its own line of incontinence products—further solidifying her commitment to innovation and quality care. Guided by her faith, family values, and dedication to empowering others, she leads with compassion, integrity, and purpose. Leading our Business Development and Marketing, Rosemarie brings over 15 years of experience using innovative strategies to drive growth and expand market reach. With a background in Marketing and a minor in English, she blends creativity, communication, and industry knowledge to deliver meaningful results. Rosemarie led the charge on the company’s rebranding, initiating the vision to coordinating cross-functional teams that brought it to life. She directed every phase, including new product packaging, the corporate video, website redesign, case manager portal, and companion app, and refreshed look to our social media. Passionate about building strong relationships, she develops strategic partnerships through community and corporate events. Her leadership, expert copywriting, and ability to execute complex projects make Rosemarie an invaluable asset to the team.

Sophia holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and has recently started Nursing School, continuing her commitment to a long-term career in healthcare. As the daughter of the company’s owners, she brings a lifelong connection to the business and a strong understanding of its mission, values, and products. With hands-on experience as a certified nursing assistant, Sophia offers valuable clinical perspective in her role, providing training and product education to healthcare case managers to ensure they are well-informed and equipped to support patient care. Her approachable communication style, growing expertise, and passion for healthcare education make her an effective liaison between the company and its partners.
